#4 February Photography Challenge

February 4th:  "Toys"

The prompt for the day is "Toys".  What comes to mind for you when you think of the word "Toys"?  We would love to see that applied in your photography.  There are really no boundaries for this challenge so get as simple or creative as you like.  You can take these prompts as literal, abstract, or creatively as heart desires.  There are no right and wrongs in art, just personal growth and meanings.  We would love to see a huge variety of interpretations from everyone.  You can use you cameras, phones, devices, etc.  Feel free to use straight out of camera photos, edits, filters, or compositions.  Where ever your creative mind takes you, we would love to see and share in your journey this month.

I feel like using objects like "Toys" is really a great way to play with your photography and to see how subtle changes can really affect your work without the worries or someone moving in your image.  It really allows you to work on your focus, composition, mood, and what you really want to convey in your image.  I actually posted two for this of the same items just to show how you can switch someones attention and mood depending on how you actually photograph something.  And really, who doesn't love Mario and his friends. 

So what inspires you?  Have any favor toys or childhood memories?  This could be so many different things and so many different meanings to different people.  Share yours with us, we would love to see and hear it!
